Carolina Rosa, born on February 20, 1997, in Huelva, Spain, is a prominent dancer, promoter, and entrepreneur dedicated to the art of Traditional Bachata.
Her passion for dancing awakened at an early age, as she engaged in various styles such as flamenco, rhythmic gymnastics, ballet, and hip hop. However, it was her inclination towards Latin music that led her to explore the world of partner dancing.
During her teenage years, Carolina excelled in the realm of Latin dance, being part of the professional group “Diamantes de Rumba”. This experience provided her with the opportunity to perform and teach at numerous international events and festivals, which contributed to her growth as a dancer.
From 2013 onwards, Carolina decided to focus on Sensual Bachata, partnering with Luis García and later with Samy El Mágico. t was with the latter that she fully immersed herself in Traditional Bachata, becoming one of its main proponents worldwide.
Since then, Carolina has traveled to over 40 countries, teaching classes, participating in festivals, and serving as a judge in renowned competitions such as the World Latin Dance Cup in Colombia.
Her dedication and talent have earned her recognition both in Spain and the Dominican Republic, where she was appointed Ambassador of Traditional Bachata by the mayor of Puerto Plata.
In addition to her work as a dancer, Carolina is a staunch advocate and promoter of Traditional Bachata, organizing events, concerts, and trips to the Dominican Republic for those interested in exploring the roots of this musical genre.
