I was born in Santiago de Cuba. My career as a professional dancer began back in 1980 when I joined a dance competition group in Santiago de Cuba. I competed with the group for 5 years. During this time, I learned 12 different traditional Cuban dances.
I started Cuban dance classes in Sweden in 1993 and dreamed every day of a big Cuban cultural festival.
I strongly believed that anything you can imagine, you can achieve, and so in 2008, the first edition of my AloCubano Salsa Festival took place. Today, the Cuban flavor and rhythm reach thousands of AloCubaneros all around the world!...
